‘L’elisir d’amore’ in Zürich

This summer, Diana Damrau returns to the Opernhaus Zürich to sing Adina in Donizetti’s classic comedy L’elisir d’amore. Her “effervescent coloratura and penetrating high notes” (Dallas News) have won her critical acclaim in the role. She is joined by a celebrated cast, including Pavol Breslik as Nemorino, Massimo Cavalletti as Belcore, and Lucio Gallo sings Dulcamara. Performances take place June 26 & 28, and July 2 & 5 at the Hauptbühne Opernhaus, with Giacomo Sagripanti leading the Philharmonia Zürich and Chor der Oper Zürich.
