Gala concerts in Europe

Diana Damrau joins conductor Reinhard Steinberg and the Bayerisches Ärzteorchester for a Gala Concert, featuring the music of Mozart, on July 29. The performance takes place at the Forum am Hofgarten in Günzburg, and the programme includes selections from Don Giovanni, Le nozze di Figaro, and his Symphonies No. 31 & 40. On August 7 she and her husband, bass-baritone Nicolas Testé, are the featured artists in a Bel Canto Gala Concert at Les Musicales du Lubéron. The performance features the music of several composers, including Bellini, Donizetti, Gounod, Massenet, Verdi, and Mascagni.
