LIVESTREAMED Richard Strauss Lieder with orchestra

On February 27, Diana Damrau will be back on your screens thanks to the Digital Concert Hall!

The program stars with three contrasting musical worlds, “The Golden Twenties”: Hindemith’s Neues vom Tage, Busoni’s Tanz-Walzer for orchestra and Johann Strauss jr.’s Künstlerleben, after which Ms. Damrau will sing Lieder by Richard Strauss: Das Rosenband, Ständchen, Freundliche Vision, Wiegenlied, Allerseelen, Zueignung and Morgen. To end the evening, the Rundfunkchor Berlin will sing Richard Strauss’ Die Tageszeiten.
