Autumn performances

Diana Damrau starts her season in the US, flying back across the Atlantic to perform at the Hollywood Bowl with Gustavo Dudamel on September 12. The audience will be treated to a lively program of music by Mozart, Léhar, Lincke, Johann Strauss Jr. and Richard Strauss.

On September 22 she travels to Sicily to perform in Catania for the first time. With Maestro Pavel Baleff on the podium, they present “Amore e vita”, an all-Italian variation on her previous concerts with the same title.

She also brings back her “Liebe, du Himmel auf Erden” program at the Festival der Nationen on October 1. Joining her will be tenor Thomas Blondelle, with Ernst Theis leading the Augsburger Philharmoniker.
